My battery went dead simply because I don't drive my car very far (2015 Verano with 18,400 miles) and therefore my battery is not being charged enough. I called AAA and they jump started my car so I could drive it to Spitzer Buick after I had called Greg (Service) to tell him what had happened. I had to use the curtesy service to take me home and have them pick me up when my car was done. I was pleased with the service on our GMC Sierra Pick-up. Travis Ramsey waited on me promptly upon my arrival. The waiting area was comfortable and the service was performed quickly. There was even an older issue of "Fortune" magazine there with a picture of Bankman-Freid on the cover and the question of whether or not he was the next Warren Buffet? I thought that was hilarious.
