I cannot say enough good things about my experience with the dealership. I was on my way from Southern Ohio to Michigan pulling a 20 foot trailer to move in laws to Florida the next day. During my trip, I was experiencing engine problems. Very friendly and accommodating folks. Walked the lot with Mike Phillips and talked about several vehicles but decided on the best for my needs.
Drove over an hour to look at truck. Truck was not ready for test drive! Truck was actually in service bay and needed repairs for which they did not have parts for. Truck also had damage to rear bumper that was not shown or mentioned when asked about condition of vehicle. Truck was very dirty on inside and they didn’t even bother to put protect carpet. I would recommend shopping anywhere else!
Joe Secord worked with Assurant warranty company to get the repair covered. I will return for service again

Michael Phillips was awesome! He answered every question we had and worked hard to get my daughter her first car. I would highly recommend for anyone to come and see him if you’re looking for a nice ride. He also didn’t try and push her into something she couldn’t afford like other places do, he made sure to get her the payment she asked for so I was pleased with that also. He also took us on test drives and told us everything about the car. They are ALL nice there and even offer snacks and drinks!

Jon Calmus, our sales consultant, was excellent. His knowledge and skills were top-notch. He worked hard to find the perfect car for us and accomplished that in a day. He spent over an hour with us explaining all the bells and whistles on our new Enclave. We are 100% happy with our experience with Jon and Spitzer.

I when it suddenly didn’t start on Tuesday, Michael Troutner and Jason Dietrich immediately sent someone to jump start it, take it into the shop and evaluate the problem. Mike kept me informed throughout the whole procedure and let me know what they were going to do about the problem. I could not ask for anyone to be more helpful, kind and courteous. My battery went dead simply because I don't drive my car very far (2015 Verano with 18,400 miles) and therefore my battery is not being charged enough. I called AAA and they jump started my car so I could drive it to Spitzer Buick after I had called Greg (Service) to tell him what had happened. I had to use the curtesy service to take me home and have them pick me up when my car was done. bought a chevy trax there turbo went out changed that there at the dealership the lines were loose and blew had to replace 1 line a starter and 02 sensor plus a battery only had the car 2 monthes they sold me a lemon

I was pleased with the service on our GMC Sierra Pick-up. Travis Ramsey waited on me promptly upon my arrival. The waiting area was comfortable and the service was performed quickly. There was even an older issue of "Fortune" magazine there with a picture of Bankman-Freid on the cover and the question of whether or not he was the next Warren Buffet? I thought that was hilarious.

The oil change was very successful, but I really missed the car wash that I usually get. I am still waiting for my lane changing to be activated. They have been working on it since June. Maybe next year.

Dealer was very hard to negotiate with but I was able to purchase vehicle. Vehicle was not even washed or touched at all inside. Salesman said the truck had been through their shop which was a
lie since transmission does not shift properly and cruise control does not work. Truck had a tail gate lock and dealer had no key. Dealer would not correct. Oil had not been changed.
